Additional Tuition Information
• Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. A grace period will be allowed until the 10th of each month. A $20 late fee will be added to your account after the 10th of the month.
• Parents will be asked to remove the student if the tuition account is more than 60 days past due. Seeds of Faith Christian Academy, at the Board of Directors’ discretion, reserves the right to terminate student enrollment.
• An annual non-refundable application fee/re-enrollment fee of $50.00 per student (maximum $100/family) is due by April 1st for any student. All parents are required each year to fill out registration forms before the student is enrolled for the coming school year.
• After April 1st the application fee/re-enrollment fee increases to $75 per student (maximum $150/family).
• If transferring records are not complete or if previous performance warrants a need for testing, testing will be done for older incoming students. Testing fees will be paid by the family.
• If the school year has already begun, the 1st tuition payment must be received before the student can start school.
• Help with class work and tutoring is available. Please call the office for tutoring prices.
